For working musicians
The setlist app that actually handles crowd requests.
Built for cover bands who need to read the room.
Someone requests "Sweet Caroline" and suddenly you're fumbling through menus, editing your setlist mid-song, losing your place. The vibe dies. The crowd notices.
Switch-Up Mode lets you play any song on the fly without touching your setlist.
Play it. Return to setlist. No edits needed.
Everything you need to manage setlists, stay in sync with your band, and perform with confidence.

Absolutely. BandPilot is a web app that works on any device with a browser. Phone, tablet, laptop - whatever's on your music stand. Stage Mode is optimized for mobile with large, readable text.
You keep everything you've created. You just can't add more setlists or bands until you upgrade or delete some. Songs are always unlimited. We never delete your data.
BandPilot is a PWA (Progressive Web App). Once loaded, Stage Mode works offline. Your setlist stays on screen even if WiFi drops mid-gig.
We're focused on live performance, not everything under the sun. Switch-Up mode for handling requests, crowd ratings for learning what works, and a cleaner interface. Plus we work on Android and web, not just Apple.
Yes! With Plus or Pro, you can share setlists via link. Real-time sync (so everyone sees the same current song) is available in Stage Mode.
No. The band leader is the only one who needs a subscription. Band members join via invite link and sync in real time for free — no account required for Stage Mode sync. If a member wants AI features for their own songwriting, they'd need their own plan, but just syncing at gigs is always free for them.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL). We use row-level security so only you can access your songs and setlists. Export anytime - it's your data.
